■Important Notes Regarding Tickets

Please review these important notes before applying for tickets and attending the concert. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
If you do not follow the rules below and are refused entry, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• For-Profit Resale is prohibited.
• Admission is permitted for children aged 3 and older (Ticket purchase required).
  *To prevent hearing damage in children, the use of earmuffs or earplugs designed for children (e.g., for ages 6–12) is recommended to reduce direct exposure to loud sound.
• Tickets for this performance are electronic tickets.
• Please note that admission will be denied without a valid ticket in hand, regardless of the reason.
• Minors must attend with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You may be asked to present identification verifying your age.
• Please understand that refunds cannot be issued for customer-related reasons, except in cases of performance cancellation or postponement.
• Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled. If the concert is interrupted and cancelled after it begins, no refunds will be issued.
• Please be advised that KIWAMI ticket holders with bonus items and general ticket holders may be seated in the same area.
  Details on how to receive the bonus item for KIWAMI tickets will be announced once confirmed.
• Please be aware that visibility of the entire stage or parts of the production may be limited.
• Please be aware that photos or videos taken inside the venue, including audience areas, may be made public.
• Re entry is not permitted after leaving the venue.
• The doors opening time and show start time may be subject to change.
• If you are attending in a wheelchair or require the universal viewing area due to physical disabilities, please contact the concert inquiry desk after your ticket has been confirmed and paid for.
• Concert content may be changed or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or accidents, or for reasons determined by the organizer.
• Please note that in the event of such changes or cancellation by the organizer, expenses related to your attendance (transportation, lodging, etc.) will not be compensated for any reason.
• Tickets obtained through any non-official channels—including auctions, ticket shops, scalpers, and social media— will be treated as for-profit resale and invalidated.
  Even if an auction does not result in a sale, simply reselling the ticket will result in invalidation. No refunds will be issued.
• To prevent scalping and ticket resale, please note that tickets purchased on resale sites will not be permitted for entry to the venue on the day of the concert. No refunds will be issued.
• As a measure against ticket resale, identity verification may be required for both the ticket purchasers and accompanying guests at the time of entry.
• Please be aware that photographs and videos taken at this concert may be published on the organizer's official website, social media, magazines, or various media outlets.
• Please check the official website for the latest information before applying for tickets and attending the concert. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
